FOG ON THE TYNE IS SUBLIME SUBLIME

Well a lot has happened since my last blog, and I dont know where to begin like. Its fair to say that my relationship with Josephat has broken down like the career of rock icon jimmy nail man. Jimmy was legend but its fair to say that his best days are behind him ya na. I mean hiw can ya top crocodile shoes? Im no pussy man. Josephat is annoyed with us for snuggling wor dog more than him. We even ran fartlek together 24 x 3 minutes on and off, ill get back to that in a bit like. Josephat was all like take take take and ya na its canny hard when youre so far from home and all you want is some pease pudding on a parmo. I no parmos are for smoggies but still canny good like. Once asked lizzie to cook me a parmo but ya no she didnt get it man. So I did my session of 24 x 3 minute fartlek, divnt na how fast the reps were but reckon I did about 18 miles in the three hours was out. Canny tough man but got to be tougher than a marathon like?? Been decourating my flat man with things that remind me of home ya na, so got a picture of lizzie and the sage on my wall. Gonna run 36 miles tomorrow. I had some ideas about what job i could do when I get home. Quite fancy being a stock broker like michael douglas in wall street wheelin and dealin ha ha!!
