Aye i know what youre thinking, its been a canny while like but ive been busy working full time weeks as an athlete, you cannot go all the way to Kenya and do less than the fifty hours a week that you would do on the farm like can you? Im no pussy man. Theres been a few canny developments since my last blog like, firstly some other guys have been training with wor, theres zane and jake who i reckon arent reet in the head man. They reckon to come from where that film lord of the rings was but thats just a myth like the tooth fairy or ‘denzel‘ washington. Then theres josh and karl who are from the north like me like. Josh must have read me blogs, he reckons to know wor from a race i did in malaysia, says we were there a week man but i cannot remember him like. Though he does remember a lot about the rafting which is canny wierd. Then of course theres josephat and his cousin martin. Im no pussy man. Josephat doesnt talk to us at the minute like. think its because i told him martin does a better job of managing my glutes. You know what they say man work your glutes you get good roots grow strong like tree and bee! Haway man im no daft mackem!
Looking forward to london like now, three weeks of eating soil and washing my face in the muddy water have to help psychologically like man. The hopping is paying off too, josh tried one of wor hopping recovery sessions and couldnt hack it man! Haway man im no daft mackem! we went gaan doon to see the crocodiles last week, canny good creatures like, might get one as a pet for the farm teach it to round up sheep and call it sally like! Im no pussy man hahaha! Been thinkin an al i could mebees live out here and have a farm oot here. Seeing the crocodile though reminded me of the one thing i miss aboot home an thats me mam. Bloody love her like man! I missed mothers day but interflora did a crackin job of mekin her day with some magnolias and a box of chocolates, didnt realise they did the chocs! Reet so those are me developments man. Got another few weeks training to do. Been watchin tuskins and hes inspired us. Dogs go fast like, maybe i should train on all fours to get faster?! I divnt na whether itll help or not but gonna try 10 miles fast crawling this week and see how i get on. Hope all your training is going well like
