Alreet, topped out at 245 miles last week was canny tough but psychologically at least its got to help knowing I can run these distances. Im no pussy man. Been sleeping a canny bit to recover and been having a recurring dream about Danny Devito eating bacon and eggs with lizzie whilst liam neesom looks on but it gets odd because lizzie gets naked and I get proper jealous so punch danny devito in the stomach. Think it must mean I should eat sommut other than ugali and bags of flour. Miss me custard creams ya know!! You would too. Im no pussy man. Today did a hill session this morning of 90 minutes hills, pretty easy then just done a run of an hour and a half to recover. Felt canny tired and just thought of me dad when I was a kid. He came to me in a state of mind like arnold schwarznegger in total recall and just kept telling me ‘aye man haway nick man keep lifting them bails man, keep lifting them bails‘ canny helped like! Jospehat spewed his yams all over the road trying to keep up! My dad always wears a cowboy hat which is probably why my favourite actor is will smith because of his work in the seminal filem wild wild west, playing the role of james west. Tried snuggling lizzie on skype but made a mess of my microphone and keyboard. Josephat made it better though, i bought him some soap. Got some mates stopping soon, makes a change from sharing a room with 10 kenyans, theyre alreet but its good to catch up on geordie shore. Plus im getting brought 53 gels and 62 protein bars which should see me through to london!!! Im enjoying the music of the farm because I like agriculture.
