Been canny busy with trainin lately and its been going ok but have put me back out. Josephat kemboi lets me give him piggy backs into town. We do 2 minutes each and town is about 40 minutes away like. Good workout but wrecks ya back man. He does a canny massage but its not been so good. Only managing two two hour runs a day feel like a pathetic mackem. Wish wor lizzie was here so we could enjoy wor fuzzy tingly cuddle snuggles. Being away from lizzie makes me realise how lucky i am to have her. I want to always be there for her ya na. Sometimes i put up a photo of her face on me laptop and get jospehat to hold it up to his face and he feeds me chappatis and we hug. hes canny but its not the same and the keyboard gets in the way. Been trying to live more the kenyan way man but running bare foot and eating soil isnt for pathetic mackems.
